Candidate Requirements

• Two or more years of UK / UI design experience for mobile apps
• In-depth knowledge of UX / UI best practices, standards, contemporary user-centered design methodologies and new technologies
• Ability to create wireframes, behavioural specifications and personas
• Good knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Fireworks, Illustrator, etc.
• Understanding of common software project management / software development practices
• Ability to communicate and conceptualise ideas through visuals e.g. through drawing / sketching
• Experience with UI design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
• Ability to back up ideas with research-related services, theories, methods and interaction design / technology trends
• Ability to build clickable prototypes

Nice to Haves

• Experience with games
• 3D modeling, After Effects, rendering and animation
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Rails, JavaScript/JQuery, ObjectiveC (iOS), C++ (Android)
• Motion graphics design and production
• Video and sound editing
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in interaction design, new media design or related design field
