Zia Paul-Birabi

Zia is an HR consultant and advisor with proven expertise delivering tactical HR solutions for start-ups, SMEs and large organisations.
She has a Masters in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and is a Chartered Fellow of HR's governing body, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
In the past Zia has worked as an HR business partner at Barclays Capital investment bank and as an HR consultant for the UK government's Department for International Development (DFID).
Zia passionately believes HR has more to offer than reactive firefighting and compliance and helps organisations address operational and strategic HR challenges the world over.
Zia has come on board to help HVO Search develop deeper relationships with international clients and to support the executive search process.
