Forget about quick-fix tactics. Make changes that last.

Our businesses and our personal lives are subject to ongoing change. Start-ups may be entering a growth phase and hiring their first leadership team, growth companies may be on a hiring spree, large corporations may be going through a merger or making redundancies.

Personally we may be going through a number of transitions. We may be starting a new role (internally or at a new company), stepping up into our first CEO role or even founding our own company.

Or we may want to make change internally.

This can be as simple as doing more exercise in the morning, or to be more assertive in our communication with peers, managers or team.

At organisational level, such change can be more effectively managed with support from external HR professionals who have a more subjective, unbiased external perspective.

At an individual level, we can also be extremely resistant to change, even when on the surface it can be a positive one – for example starting an exciting new role, which also projects us into the spotlight and brings more responsibility.

Unless we uncover the source of that resistance and learn how to address our discomfort we will find making change incredibly difficult.

And where does this resistance come from?

Well, find out at our workshop my co-founders at BOLDR and I are organising next Thursday 2nd February 2017 at 18:30.

We are super lucky to introduce Dr. Gabija Toleikyte an accomplished neuroscientist and coach who will examine how we can change our habits, modify our brains and create lasting change – reducing our anxiety and maximising our potential.

There is still time to buy your tickets

We may even talk a bit about Artificial Intelligence and Chatbots. Maybe you can even try chatting with Charlie BOLDR.

Do email me for more details of the event or to join in the conversation about lasting change.
